My role involves business planning, aligning the team vision and mission, setting milestones and managing the profitability of the agency by developing long term goals and strategies.

Eastspring Investments, part of Prudential Corporation Asia, is Prudential plc's asset management business in Asia. I was responsible for managing the in-house design department, branding, strategy, account servicing internal stakeholders, the design and production of all visual communications produced in Singapore, as well as overseeing brand materials produced in the rest of their markets in Asia, US and UK.

Responsible for producing all visual communications including:
• High end event invitations and material for client events
• Marketing collateral
• Brochures
• Financial and Annual Reports
• Presentation material (PowerPoint to video format)

Day to day activities included art direction, end-to-end project management – conception, design, sourcing materials and supplier management. Responsible for final proofing, production time lines for deliverables and assisting the rest of my team in negotiations with vendors. I also ensured efficient process implementation to achieve best branding practices.
